General Civil Engineering
Our Civil Engineering service line includes full-service site engineering, and permitting services. In this service line, we work with partners in the development industry on projects which require expert licensing, senior-level consultation, and projects which benefit from long-standing relationships. We have a strong history of permitting complex projects.
Municipal
Our Municipal service line is 100% committed to governmental, private party provider services. We provide office and remote building officials, building inspection, and plans examination services for Building Departments encountering staffing needs. Our operations maintain surplus production capacity; thus, we can provide on-call and on-demand services to you. Our statewide presence allows convenient use of the “piggyback” statute to contract with us.
STATE/ FEDERAL
Our State/ Federal consultation line supplies professional services for professional opinions, technical opinions, third parties, peer reviews, and neutral parties. We provide expert and professional views for state agencies involving complaints, insurance claims, construction claims, any of which may or may not be in the litigation process. This service line provides technical opinions that can be used in mediations, litigations, and other conflict forms that require resolution.
